Louisiana Oyster Pasta with Creole Tomato Sauce

½ cup Extra virgin olive oil
1½ cups Green bell peppers, chopped
1/3 cup Red onions, chopped
3 cups Tomato sauce
2 Tbsp. TABASCO® brand Pepper Sauce
1 Tbsp. Creole seasoning
12 each Louisiana Oysters, shucked, rinsed clean & chopped
1lb. Whole-wheat fusilli pasta, dry, cooked to package instructions
2 Tbsp. Fresh grated Parmesan cheese
2 Tbsp. Flat-leaf parsley, chopped


In large sauté pan, heat extra virgin olive oil, green bell peppers and onions; cook 1 minute.
Add tomato sauce, TABASCO® and Creole seasoning; cook 2 minutes.
Add Louisiana Oysters and pasta. Toss until heated through and oyster edges start to curl.
Remove to serving bowls; garnish each bowl with 1 tsp. each grated Parmesan and chopped parsley.
