Cook/Prep Time: 30 to 45 MinutesServings: 5 to 6 Ingredients 1 Tbsp. unsalted butter 1/2 cup chopped onion 1 cup chopped green bell pepper 2 garlic cloves, minced 4 roma tomatoes, seeded and chopped 1/2 (16-ounce) package Louisiana crawfish tails 2 cups shredded sharp white cheddar cheese 1 cup grated parmesan cheese 1 1/2 tsp. salt 1/2 tsp. ground black pepper 1 loaf French bread, halved lengthwise Directions Preheat oven to 350°F. In a large skillet, melt butter over medium heat. Add onion, and cook until translucent, 4 to 6 minutes. Add bell pepper and cook until softened, 3 to 5 minutes. Add garlic and cook until fragrant, about 1 minute. Remove from heat and transfer to a large bowl. To the same bowl, add tomatoes, crawfish, cheeses, salt, and pepper; combine well.
