Crawfish Boil Pasta Recipe

Ingredients

8 oz louisiana crawfish tails
4 oz sausage and corn from crawfish boil
2 oz beer
2 cups heavy whipping cream
1 cup parmesan
3-4 slices american cheese
4 oz unsalted butter
lemon zest
salt and pepper
green onions for garnish
 
1# cooked pasta

Directions

Brown sausage on medium heat. Deglaze with beer. Add cream and bring to boil. Add cheese, crawfish and corn. Mount in butter. Finish with lemon zest and salt and pepper to taste. Toss with cooked pasta and garnish with green onions.
