Bloody Mary Oysters on the Half Shell This is a baked oyster appetizer with a splash of vodka and a Bloody Mary sauce. Cook/Prep Time: 30 MinutesServings: 2 Ingredients 4 cups Bloody Mary mix 8 ounces whole butter 1 dozen Louisiana oysters, shucked 1 cup vodka 2 to 3 celery sticks, for garnish Directions Place Bloody Mary mix into a sauce pot and reduce over high heat by half, stirring occasionally. Once reduced, whisk in butter 1 ounce at a time, stirring constantly until all butter is incorporated. Set sauce aside and keep warm. Place oysters on a sheet pan and bake in a 400ºF oven for 3 minutes. Remove oysters and splash with vodka. Place oysters on a serving dish and ladle sauce over. Garnish with celery.
