Chef Chris Hart
2015 Blaine House

Chris attended Southern New Hampshire University to study culinary arts and food and beverage management. He served as lead cook for Maine's Waterville Country Club for two seasons before moving to the Hilton Garden Inn in Freeport, Maine. There, he was the banquet chef for two years before his promotion to executive chef and food and beverage manager.
In September 2011, Chris was recruited by Maine’s first family to be executive chef at the Blaine House, a historical 1832 mansion in the capital city of Augusta and home to Maine’s governor and first lady.
