On April 17th, Lieutenant Governor Billy Nungesser and the LSPMB traveled to Destrehan High School to announce the top three winners of the LA Seafood design competition on Facebook Live. In third place was Xinyi Huang from Bolton High School in Alexandria. The second place winner was Wyatt Gonzales from Berwick High School in Berwick, Louisiana. The first place winner was Zoe Cloughessy, a senior at Destrehan High School and an art student at the Satellite Center in Luling, Louisiana.

The Lieutenant Governor gave each student in Zoe's class a t-shirt with her winning design. Zoe was also awarded a plaque featuring the design. Congratulations again to Zoe; her submission truly represented all of the great tastes that our Gulf has to offer.
