Caitlin Watzke

Caitlin Watzke is a native Louisianan who is passionate about the state’s culinary traditions. Caitlin earned a degree in mass communication from Louisiana State University and began her publishing career in Birmingham, Alabama, before returning to New Orleans and joining Louisiana Cookin’. When she is not dreaming up new uses for Cajun and Creole flavors and writing about the unique traditions that are so near to her heart, Caitlin enjoys reading, running, traveling, trying new restaurants, and spending time with her family and friends.
