Leading the creative culinary team for Southern Hospitality Kitchens is Executive Chef Marc Krampe.

He is an award winning, progressive, culinary professional with over 15 years’ experience in the industry. He studied culinary arts at Texas Culinary Academy and later earned an associate of applied science degree from Le Cordon Bleu Culinary Arts. Along the way he has sharpened his skills staging at several high end restaurants specializing in French, Japanese, New American & Thai Cuisine. In 2013, Chef Krampe became the owner/culinary partner of Southern Hospitality Kitchens which includes Charley G’s, Social Southern Table and Bar, The Tap Room and Pete’s.

Acadiana profile magazine awarded Chef Krampe "Best Chef in 2013".

In addition, Chef Krampe is an avid participant in charitable events that include The Healing House, Hospice of Acadiana, Catholic Services of Acadiana, Boys and Girls Club of Acadiana, Big Brothers Big Sisters of Acadiana and more.

Chef Krampe approaches all his dishes with creativity and he is committed to using only the highest quality ingredients that offer premium freshness & taste at all of his concepts.
