Inspired by his own adventurous palate, GG's Dine-O-Rama Chef/Co-owner Dave Gotter’s talent for his creative interpretation of classic American favorites has earned the classically trained toque numerous accolades and awards. A graduate of Johnson & Wales Culinary School, with stints at renowned restaurants across the country including Wolfgang Puck’s Spago in Chicago, Gotter has received national recognition and has been praised by Where Y’at magazine and the Gambit Weekly, to name a few, and has become a household name in New Orleans.
