On August 5th, seven teams representing six different states traveled to Louisiana to participate in the GASCO 4-H Competition. Louisiana, Mississippi, Texas, Georgia, South Carolina, and Tennessee had teams of 2-4 high school 4-H members. A congratulations goes out to the team from South Carolina who came in first place with their Blue Crab Cakes dish. It was a wonderful competition and it was great to see such amazing young talent.
