Leon Vuong began his culinary journey at the age of 12 in his family’s restaurant. Over the years, he has worked diligently to hone his culinary skills, driven by an open-minded curiosity of global cuisine and an innately creative approach to traditional and modern dishes. He is fascinated by the role food plays in culture and the stories passed along with it. Most of his favorite recipe’s stem from classic dishes passed through generations. Leon enjoys putting new twists on classic dishes, combining traditional flavors in unexpected ways.

 

His carefully curated food photos and videos have garnered a large social media following on TikTok (@wetotallyshould), where he shares his passion for food and the knowledge gained in restaurants, his home kitchen, and his travels. He is the proud co-owner and head chef of Seven Seas Food & Company and The Frying Dutchman (opening Summer 2021).
