Jordan Scott is the co-owner and executive chef of the Perdido Key breakfast club restaurant in Pensacola, Fl. Chef Jordan received his culinary arts degree in 2014 at the age of 24 and opened his first restaurant in 2018.

Chef Jordan and his culinary team won small business of the year in 2020 and was given a key to the city. Specializing in locally sourced sustainable seafood using farm to table produce from within the region. Chef Jordans goals are to reintroduce sustainable seafood and local agricultural ingredients using classic French techniques in a from scratch kitchen. As anyone who is passionate about culinary, Chef Jordan Scott wants to teach locals and tourists about fun food that is caught and sourced locally in his community.
