Work History:

Following formal training, Chef Peter Duenas worked his way up through the ranks in the culinary field holding various chef titles in prestigious hotels, resort chains, and internationally known restaurants.   After several years in the field and achieving the title of Executive Chef, Chef Peter now expresses his culinary talents in his own restaurants, showcasing his Native Chamorro Cuisine which he prefers to call "Chamoru Fusion Cuisine".  His menus consist of traditional Chamorro flavors and techniques intertwined with his Classical French training as well as his International culinary experience.

Mentorships and Achievements:

- Coach/Trainer of Guam’s National and International Culinary teams.

- Chef Mentor of Guam’s National ProStart Culinary Teams since 2006.

- 2 National Championship Titles, 5 National Titles, and 5 International Titles.

- 5 Gold Medals, 3 Silver Medals, 2 Bronze Medals, various Trophies and Awards.

- Achieved the title of “Certified Global Master Chef” by The World Association of Chef

  Societies and City Guilds.
