Chef Danny Smith is self-taught Chef from Watertown, New York- a small town in the Thousand Islands region of upstate New York. Danny move to South Carolina 10 years ago. Chef Danny has been working at Frank's Outback Pawleys Island for the past nine years. Danny is now the two times Seafood chef of South Carolina. In the past 10 years Chef Danny has gone in front of five certified master chefs in National culinary competitions. He's been able to compete in South Carolina North Carolina Georgia Nevada Florida and now has the opportunity to go cook at the Great American Seafood cook-off for the second time in New Orleans representing South Carolina. Then it's on-off to Dallas Texas for the World food championship Chef Danny gives back to the community by donated his time to numerous charity events. Works with the champion autism Network to help promote awareness. Also spends time with the culinary students to help our future Chef.
