Barbara Mathias has been with Food Arts magazine since it's launch in 1988. Upon meeting the founders Michael and Ariane Batterberry, she was drawn to the quality driven concept of Food Arts,believing it to be the wave of the future, and was determined to be a part of it. 26 years later, Barbara remains as passionate about the magazine as ever. In her spare time you can find Barbara in the kitchen whipping up her nearly famous "crispy gulf shrimp".
