As a Louisiana native, Chef Jared has been cooking with some of the freshest local seafood his entire life. His hometown experience, coupled with his education and

training at The Culinary Institute of America, give chef a well-rounded repertoire across all cuisines – from his beginnings as a butcher with the Link Group, to his time as a CDC at Giana Italian, leading to a dozen solid years of at the helm of one of the city’s finest restaurant groups.

He now flexes his culinary prowess with Hufft Marchand Hospitality where he is the executive chef at Juniors on Harrison and takes on various leadership roles company wide.
