Monti Carlo is a Chef, Motivational Speaker, and a Food Network Personality. She spent a decade working front and back of the house at restaurants across the country before she traded her apron for a microphone. After performing comedy nationwide and hosting award-winning morning radio shows in Phoenix, Atlanta, and Seattle, Monti stepped back into the kitchen for Gordon Ramsay's MasterChef where she placed Top 5. Since then she's developed recipes and hosted a web series for Jessica Alba's Honest Company, become a spokesperson for KitchenAid, and hosted Food Network's Help My Yelp as well as judged on some of their most popular shows.
