Chef Bill Twaler is an American Culinary Federation (ACF) Certified Executive Chef with a distinguished global background and a lifelong commitment to culinary excellence. Driven by a deep passion for cuisine, education, and mentorship, Chef Twaler has dedicated his career to sharing the joy of exceptional food while continuously refining his own craft.

His diverse culinary journey includes serving as an apprentice for Culinary Team USA at the 1996 Berlin Culinary Olympics and working as a safari chef at the Hammond Ranch in Zimbabwe. Bringing his talents back home, he spent over a decade as an entrepreneur, successfully owning and operating the Old Firehouse Restaurant in Hollywood, South Carolina.

An expert in regional flavors, Chef Twaler also channels his expertise into the art of low-and-slow cooking, serving as a certified judge for both the South Carolina BBQ Association and the Kansas City Barbeque Society (KCBS). Currently, he is working with Table 301’s Tavola restaurant to further master his passion for crafting fresh pasta, showcasing locally sourced ingredients, and delivering unforgettable flavor profiles.
