SHARK
SALAD
Ingredients:
2 pounds
Louisiana shark filets, 3/4 inch thick
1 large diagonally sliced carrot
1 diagonally sliced red or green pepper
1 cups broccoli florets
1 cup sliced mushrooms
½ cups low calorie Italian salad dressing
several loose lettuce leaves

Serves: 4
Broil shark 8 minutes on each side at 450 degrees. Drain well. Cool
shark in refrigerator and cut into bite-sized pieces. Prepare and
combine next four ingredients with shark. Add salad dressing, tossing
well. Line serving bowl with lettuce leaves. Place salad mixture
into bowl on lettuce leaves.
