Fish (1 serving - your choice)
1 -2 cups water
1 carrot - sliced
1 stalk celery - sliced
1 bay leaf
pepper corns

In
saucepan, add the water, carrots, celery, bay leaf and pepper corns.
Bring water to a boil and place the fish in the pan. Cook about
7-10 minutes based on thickness of fish.
