AVOCADOS
STUFFED WITH BLACK DRUM
Ingredients:
4
avocados
2 cups charbroiled Louisiana black drum
1 cup mayonnaise
1/2 cup chopped green onion
1 cup chopped celery
1/4 cup chopped parsley
1 tablespoon chopped dill pickle
1 tablespoon brandy
1 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon black pepper
1 teaspoon red pepper
1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
Serves: 4
Peel avocados, cut them in half and place on plates lined with lettuce
leaves. Combine ingredients except black drum. Mix well. Gently add
black drum so as not to break up chunks. Lift and arrange on top of
avocados. Sprinkle with additional parsley. |
