BROILED
SOFT SHELL CRABS
Ingredients:
4 large Louisiana soft shell crabs
4 tablespoons butter
4 teaspoons lemon juice
4 slices toasted white bread
Serves: 4
Lay crabs in broiler pan. Place a tablespoon of butter on each. Sprinkle
a teaspoon of lemon juice on each. Broil 5 minutes, 5 inches from
heat source. Serve on toast. Pour pan juices over crab so that they
are absorbed by toast |
