UNCLE BOBBY'S SENSATIONAL BOILED CRAWFISH


Ingredients:
35-40 lbs. live Louisiana Crawfish
1 large jar Cajunland Boiled Seafood Seasoning
10-12 lemons
1 stalk celery
3 heads unpeeled garlic
6 medium unreeled onions
6 ears corn
1 bag new potatoes
2 lbs. smoked sausage
½ box salt

Bring water to boil, add Cajunland and salt, squeeze lemons into water. Bring back to boil, add basket with crawfish, garlic, celery and lemons. Cover and boil for 10 minutes. Add onions, corn, sausage and potatoes. Continue to boil for 2 minutes, then turn off heat. Let crawfish "steep" (sit in the water) for 30 minutes. Drain and place in ice chest; they'll stay for hours. Eat and enjoy.
