Oysters Voisin

Members of the restaurant and oyster community have developed the concept of a menu item called Oysters Voisin to honor Mike Voisin for all of his contributions to the seafood and restaurant industries in Louisiana.  We would like to invite each restaurant to create their own version of Oysters Voisin using the recommended ingredients of oysters, spinach and bread. Owner of Motivatit Seafoods, one of Louisiana’s oldest, most popular oyster-processing companies, a current Louisiana Wildlife and Fisheries Commissioner, founding member of the Louisiana Seafood Promotion and Marketing Board, and last but not least, a beloved husband, father and friend, Voisin had many loves in his life... this is our way of honoring his love for seafood and ensuring that his devotion to this industry is remembered for years to come.
